How it works
The MSL NXT room board captures live investor interest through the day. As each founder pitches, investors can signal interest, indicate a broad cheque size and valuation range, and track the companies they want to continue conversations with after the event. It's designed to make the room more interactive, while keeping all expressions of interest non-binding.
Getting in
There are two ways in, and either one works. Registering issues you a six-digit PIN on the spot and emails you a copy — that is the quickest way. If you can't find it on the day, sign in with the email address you registered with instead and we'll send you a one-time code. You need to be signed in to view the companies and express interest.
Expressing interest is non-binding
Tapping “I'm interested” and entering indicative details is only a signal of interest. It is not a commitment, offer, investment advice, legal obligation or transaction. Nothing is bought, sold or transacted on the platform. You can express interest in as many companies as you like, with one expression of interest per company. You can update or withdraw your interest any time while the session is live.
What the room sees
The room board shows overall momentum, not individual investor details. It may show aggregate interest, counts or progress across companies. Individual investor names, cheque amounts and valuation details will not be broadcast publicly on the room board.
After Demo Day 2026
After the event, the Mesa team may use the interest shared on the platform to help facilitate relevant follow-up conversations between investors and founder teams. Any investment discussions, diligence, terms or commitments will happen separately and offline between the relevant parties.
